i have to agree with you on styling, i have a strong distaste for subaru's new design. i personaly love the sound, i watch rally whenever i am able and it reminds me of those cars.

04 was the best Sti in America so far. Not to be a lame hater... but give me that car and a few runs and well you know. Plus I liked the semi trailer on blocks trying to be covered up with explosions and fire.

Good video! awesome camera angles and well put together scenes. Some of us need to stop putting people on a pedestal. Trust me that p**** is attainable.

this one wasn't that great. the production value was insane, yes. some of the special effects/random s*** was cool in slo mo.... but whatever.

the best drift out of all of this was either the first one right out of the gate since it had so much inertia to basically carry the car backwards while on the gas, or the one where he nearly drove off the end of the docks.

aside from those two things... it's just whatever... anyone can sit there ALL day and compile the best shots of the day to make it look like hes the god of gymkhana/drift.

don't get me wrong, the guy has mad skills for sure... but anybody would with an endless supply of sponsorship and access to some of the most well built cars and facilities/etc. in the world.

I was hyped on the first one... this one is entertaining yeah... but it's not all that cool anymore.

yeah, i woke up on the wrong side of the bed today... but I'm just saying what I really feel.

I remember the real Rob back in the old 411s. tearing it up. now what does he do? makes dumbass shows for mtv where he doesn't do s*** except act like a moron and treat his friends like garbage. he's an idiot now. go skate, Rob. seriously. cancel your shows, and go skate. that's what you were meant to do.

been lurking on the site for a long time now, this is sad that is my first post. As for that, here goes my opinion.

Visually the video was neat to watch, for the true car guy i like the first one better. the first vid had more impressive drifts, and squeezed the car in to some crazy situations. And the editing was flawless, if one didnt really pay attention it was had to tell it was spliced together.

the second one was more of a movie, with all the special effects. The drifting was impressive, especially coming out of the building and almost goin in the drink. But i thought the editing sucked, it was obvious that it was compiled together, scenes just didnt flow together. As for the part with Rob, that part just SUCKED. it was stupid, didnt really add anything to the vid and was poorly edited, everytime the car made a doughnut there were different number of marks on the windshield, hell when he left there were less than the when he started.

but over all it was a neat vid to watch, but the fist was better by a long shot.
