Drainage of rusty water from evaporator

Gentlemen:

Regarding a 2008 G37 S coupe. The water coming out from the airconditioner- which is the water coming in from the evaporator of the AC is coming out as if it was stained with rust. It has been slowly staining the driveway and have observed this for several weeks. Took it to the dealer but they said nothing was wrong in fact they said they had never heard of this problem. the car is still draining rusty water. I will be taking the car back next week but would like to have some info as to the possible diagnosis. Thank you.

Rusty water coming from the evap is an indication of corrosion. There is also a possibility that there is so much dust being ingested by the AC system. the only time I've had experienced such was when I was working in the Middle East, after a heavy sandstorm. But after a few days, it cleared away.
