Has anyone ever used this software? I'm thinking about investing if it works. It would help me turn audio lectures from school into typed notes, which works must better for me.

Bex. Your PC most likely has Windows Speech Recognition. Click Start button, type "Windows speech recognition"...set it up and go through the tutorial. Save money. Also, it's better if you can have a quiet room to yourself and speak clearly.

Make sure your mic is good.
It worked poorly when I used my laptop's internal mic, it worked much better when I switched to a nicer external mic.

Oh yea. I forgot to mention that a headset works best. Can find decent ones online for really cheap.
