For a while now my brake have been been acting weird. While I drive at freeway speeds (65mph) the brake pedal will slowly firm up locking the wheel up (rear wheels I think). I figure it might be the rear caliper seize up. But if I slowly drive my car below 2500 rpm it will be fine. I now my guess is probably a vacuum problem. I can free them up if I pump the pedal when the car is off
Any clue what it might be?
I change the check valve thinking it was that.

Do you have ABS? I knew somebody that said his ABS was locking up When its not supposed to be. Im not sure how, but I beleive he disabled it. Might wanna look into that.

It's non-ABS.

it may be a caliper freezing up. I would check it before replacing it. Check and see if your pads are wearing unevenly also.
Have you thought about maybe the brake booster was going out? Or maybe the direction of the check valve on the boost line is running the wrong way?

clean and inspect the calipers, lube the pistons and slides, and try a proper bleed

I spray some air intake cleaner into the one hose that go from the brake booster to the check valve and a little into the brake booster itself. Seem to work but it come and goes.

Yes the check valve is in the right way.

When the wheels were lock up, it seem if I release the vacuum from the brake booster it frees up the brakes.

Im having a hard time understanding. The rear brakes literally lock up the wheels? If you travel at highway speedm the pedal gets hard and the car is hard to stop?

I think a check of the rear calipers is needed first. you might find something obvious. Also if you use the parking brake, check to see if it releases correctly. Always lube any slides when changing brakes.

Its kinda hard to say without seeing it

No it not locking up but the brake pressure is building up while driving. So much that one time it cause me to lose speed at WOT in 5th gear.
I will check all the brake because i don't think it the rear brake alone now. I know that all the brake where lube properly doing them 8 months ago with a changing of the Master cylinder and fresh fluid. I do believe it has to be something to do with to much vacuum build up.

Does anybody know if there a mechanical control device if there too vacuum it will release some out?

I read another thread with a similar issue. Turned out to be the brake booster.
