what is the best way to set up ur sus for getting a good launch??

i guess what i am asking what is a good coilover setup and what spring rates?

Are you going to daily drive? A set of 90/10 shocks on front will help. they will let the front end raise up, then hold it there. This will transfer weight to the rear to help plant the tires. On the rear springs a 200lb spring will let the rear squat to help transfer.

yea its a dd but when the motor is done it should have alot of tq so i need something i can use at the track as well
