So anyone running drag radials on thier G35?

I ran Nitto 555 drag radials, 275/40/17 on my hemi ram for a while. Then I bought 325/45/18 M & H Racemaster radials.

I am thinking I want 275/40/17 tires again and am leaning toward Mickey Thompson ET Street drag radials on 2005 Mustang replica rims 17x9 rims, heres what the rims would look like

Anyone have any negative experiences with MT ET Streets?

Do the rims look stupid? I'd still be running my stock wheels and tires on the front.

If these are for the track only, who cares what they look like. Haven't heard any bad reviews from the MT's. Have you looked at any M&H tires?

^ I agree. And, surprisingly, they don't look bad!

Hey Gwoods...The picture of the car you posted with the wheels appears to have a different front end. Do you by any chance have a picture of the front of that car? Thanks.

Those wheels look great. Good choice.

I would put on the drag radials at home and drive to the track with them on. About a 30 min drive each way so I don't really want a wheel the is bright orange and has I'm a *** on the center cap LOL. They just have to look okay. I picked the Mustang replica rims cause they are only $101 each and have a similar spoke pattern to the stock wheels on my car.

M&H makes a 275/50/17 which I would love to have but I think a 50 series tire may run I know a 40 series tire would not. I have a discount code for M&H tire from when I had my Hemi ram so I can get them very cheap. Anyone running a 275/50/17 on the rear?

The 50 series would fit the 9" rim better a 40 series is going to be 'buldgy'.

That picture of my car with those rims is from http://www.discounttire.com they have a tool that lets you see your car with the rims they sell mounted. I don't know why the front bumper looks different?

Thanks Jeff
