im lookin to get a set of drag radials on my stock wheels for when i go drag racing. i wanted a set of MT E/T streets but cant seem to find them in a size for my wheels. i found a place that can put nitto 555r's, 225/50/16, on for $130 per wheel. then i was lookin at BFgoodwrich g-forces. i have no idea what to go for. what about kumho victoracers or are they just for autocrossing? sorry for being vague and unorganized but it jsut took me about 4 hours to get my engine on its mounts and im a lil out of it. thanks

Kumho Victoracers are designed for track use and will not have the same sidewall construction you need for good straight line hookup for drag racing. I would stick with a tire designed for that purpose like the BF Goodrich or other drag radial. The sidewalls are designed to flex more under hard acceleration and allow the contact patch to enlarge in front of the wheel as the tread 'bunches' up.

No drag radials from Kumho and Nitto is not one of the lines we sell.

mickey thompson or the bfgoodrich will do better, the nitto isnt a true drag tire, its just a tire compound that gets sticky when hot, and unfortunately, when it gets too hot, it gets very, very slick.

its kind of a street/drag interbreed...better for drags and a street tire, but not nearly as nice in corners.
