Drag racing or autocross?

I know a lot of you are into drag racing, but i was just wondering if there was anyone here who races Solo or Solo II in the SCCA or anything else like that.

I've run my '92 240 in SCCA competition once so far. I've only had my car a few months, so that's why only run once so far. It was Austrailian Pursuit. I didn't do so well, but I'm not used to reading cones either. I ran in the STS class. The guy that took the class that day was a veteran racer in an old school SE-R.

I plan on going to the Street Legal drags here in Indy sometime soon. I think it'll be interesting to see what I can run.

Solo II is the choice for myself and many of my friends! Maybe Solo I some day, or better.

Drag racing is not a 240sx's strength. Too underpowered. It's great chassis is more suited for autocross/road race circuits. I actually run my S-13 at Audi Quattro Club events at many race tracks about 4 times per year. It's fun reeling in A4's and TT's with an old '89 Fastback. Great fun.

I would do autocross all the way.anyone in the Tampa area that is into soloII??I am really interested in getting into it.

I joined NASA last month thinking that my car was ready to be autoxed. That was all stopped after the downhill slide that started with my clutch being fried during an inspection.

I am almost done fixing all of the problems I have found.

I can't wait to kill some cones.
