I own a S12 with the front end converted to S13 suspension using 180sx component, so I have 180sx 280mm rotor brake in the front. Now I'm searching a new set of rims and wow the Drag DR-20 (Work equip 03 replica) look badass, but I'm kind of scared about caliper clearance in the front. So I was wondering if anybody on the board as fit them on his 180sx or can just check! If it's not possible, at least take a mesurement of the internal diameter about at the level the caliper will be.

I'm woried of it since I know it won't fit some scion in the front (caliper clearance issue)

It should fit with no troubles. the calipers of the 180sx/s13 jdm on front are little bit bigger than the s13 usdm one. C'est pas comme si tu aurais mis des calipers de z32. Go for it if you like them.

So with what you just said. then my brake should easily clear those DR-20 in 15"?

@tramp_drift240:The 3rd pic is the only one taked after the drop on the megan. Now the front is LOW (the tire goes inside the fender, but since it's the stock wheels it doesn't rub). I just have to lower the rear a bit now and then I'll get a couple of recent pics. My car is so low that I needed all the plywood of the shop when I bring it to the enlignment... and even with it, the downpipe grinded the machine, idem for the rocker panel

I also got a nice camber in the front. I'll shoot more pics from sure when it will got new wheels!

@supreamS14: Yes it is a factory body kit taked from an S12 SE (VG30E model, us only). Since I live in Canada (No S12 SE were sold in canada), I've brought it from a guy on club-s12 from california!

yes...any 15" wheels w/ 20+ offset or more will clear even the z32 caliper...ofcourse the dr2 has 45+ (didn't know they have 0 offset, correct me if i'm wrong) so for the s13 caliber it'll fit fine...worse case scenario u'll need some spacers (which will better anyway)...i know this for a fact cuz me and my buddy bolted z32 caliber onto his s13 and we tried an enkie mesh w/ +40 offset and it didn't fit but the enkie mesh w/ 0 offset fit fine...and for safe measure we bolt on my ebay 15x7 w/ 0 offset and it fits too...of course its a little tyte but it rotates w/o rubbing or grinding

Yes the now make the 45, 38, 10 and 0 offset. All in 4X100 except for the 0 offset wich is only available in 4X114.3.
