Well, there are a few.

1. For $700. you get a whopping 7hp. Their dyno shows more, but they say the difference between stock and level 2 averages 7hp. So, $100/1hp.

2. You MUST use the stock intake setup. They say that with an aftermarket z-tube etc, that you will take a chance of leaning out the engine.

So, guess I won't be buying one afterall. Hell, for $700 I can have 65% of a great nitrous kit.

That sucks!!!

$700 will buy an entry level ZEX/NX wet kit without a remote opener or heater.

I bought a ZEX dry kit with 2 bottles, 1 remote opener for $600 on ebay.

I sold the dry solenoid brain for $150.

Bought Nitrous Works 100 shot wet solenoids for $75Bought NX ICEMAN 250 hp shot wet solenoids for $200Bought 2 heaters for $300

The most exspensive part of the nitrous equation is making it safe with the wide band O2 sensor, fuel pressure gauge, WOT throttle switch, RPM window switch and fuel pressure safety switch.

I would run nitrous again the bang for buck is amazing!! but not on may daily driver.

Beano:

I spoke to them directly and they told me the same thing. Though they said they would be performing the tests with mods in the future. Yes, other than the catback exhaust, one has to remove all the other mods for the access port to work as indicated in the instructions---this info is directly from Cobb tuning.

Seriously. I think you can get custom maps for the cobb accessport. If so then that would be the only reason i'd get it. That is if they ever release a version for the 03 sedan.

All the info that I recieved was directly from Cobb.

You can't tune the Access port. It comes with 2 F/A maps already loaded. Those are the custom maps.

Useless to me then. I want something that can be tuned and saved and not go away when I unplug my battery.

It reflashes your ECU so that when you unplug the battery, whichever stage you programmed in, will be reflashed to the ECU.

As far as tuning it yourself, can't do it.

Look into a Greddy Emanage Ultimate.

Man dissaponting. Basically that is useless for 95 % of the G owners. Might as well just take it back from sell.

yes yes yes you told us soooo.

heheheh

What I don't get you can get a damn accesport from them to subies and you can have all kind of mods. With the G ... hm well... stock engine.

I guess the VQ engines are lot more advanced then others.

I think the lack of FI makes a huge difference on the G.

And think about it... we're squeezing over 85hp/liter. These babies are already highly tuned.

That's close to as much as the REAL HEMIs do. The HEMI's in all of Chysler/Dodge...etc are not real HEMI's just a stupid name slapped on a gas guzzling engine.
