yeah i had that issue too it's just cheaper to take it to a muffler shop have them cut the flange off clock it and weld it where it needs to be. i spent 35 bucks to have that done

i just got mine today and it doesn't fit. i do have to cut the flange and clock it for it to fit. o well its beefy and nice quality it seems. im going to take it to a muffler shop when i get my car running and have them fix it.

I bought the downpipe from ssac as well. It came a bit too close to the frame so I had to chop it up and re-angle it. I bought a cheap welder from Harbor fright about two years ago and I love that thing. I re-did my entire exhaust system with that welder....

did it bolt up to the catback exhaust after you clocked the flange?

I think you missed the part where I said I "re-did" my entire exhaust. It came close but it was the wrong angle. You know, at the beginning of the flange it could be JUST off but at the other end the problem multiplies. So yea.... I re-did the entire thing. I love my little welder...

Correct. I am using Meagan racing outlet and downpipe, both previously on the stock T25 turbo, and now on my GT28R, and have no issues with either.
