Downpipe ?'s

Is there a big difference between the Blitz 3" Stainless dp for $180 and the HKS 3" mild steel dp for $150? I understand they're made out of different things but is there going to be difference in quality and performance or just looks?

stainless is higher quality, looks don't matter cuz you can't see it under the car anyhow. Performance is the same pretty much, they are all a 3in tube to direct exhaust gas from the same place to the same place (turbo to cat). If you don't live in the rust belt get the cheep one. Of course I live in FL and still got the Blitz but I'm weird like that.

for 10 to 20 bucks more, you are stupid to not get a Blitz stainless. Especially if rust is of any concern.

i bought the blitz one because i dont want it to rust. rusting is a biaatch

high tempature stove paint will do wonders for stuff that gets hot and you dont want to rust. im cheap so i would rather take it off repaint it sand it what ever every 6months or year then pay more .

I use Greddy 3" downpipe...with high temperature coat from Renu Powder coating. Not a Blitz fan.
