k here is the deal, last year i bought a turbo kit off a dude on zilvia and the kit was off an s14. i know since its a ka there is not alot of differences and 95% of the parts have been bolt on without issue.

now my question is i have the turbo and manifold bolted up and have tried to get the downpipe in but havent been successful because it seems to hit against the steering column.

is there a big difference between s13's and s14's in terms of steering column positioning? if not whats the best way to get the downpipe in ? from underneath the car and feed it up or put it in from the top and find a way to wedge it down?

i think the s13 and s14 are different in that area, your probably gonna have to redo that dp or just get another one

if its not too bad you can maybe dent the downpipe to clear the steering column where its hitting, I had to do this on my original kat setup since my calculations were a bit off on the angle. if its really off you are going to have to do some modifications to make it work or get a new one I suppose.

Could mark it very carefully and take pictures. Go to exhaust shop and have them put a slight bend in it. What I did with one before...
