What I have:S13 redtop in 96 240sx.

Part in question:MR downpipe attached to OEM turbo elbow and MR testpipe.

Problem & Question:The hanger at the end of the downpipe where it is supposed to connect to the transmission mount does not even closely line up with the mount on the transmission. The hanger is about good 1.5inches away from where it's supposed to bolt onto. Did anyone else have similar probs?

from personal experience, you don't really need that extra mount. I've been driving a car that has a custom made DP without that hanger, and it's been running smoothly for 2 years with no rubbing, etc.
