downpipe compatablity

I don't know if this is common, but my factory downpipe doesnot match up with my factory exhaust at all, the flanges are different sizes. So, I'm looking at getting a SR o2 housing/downpipe combo, so I don't have to run an open DP. it's a direct bolt up right? I read somewhere that you can use the SR ones, as long as you replace both, I want to make sure I don't get it, and still need to mod the turbo/exhaust.
