//begin rantOk, this is starting to piss me off. I can't find a straight ****ing answer on this. I've searched here, 240sxforums, ka-t, and zilvia with no help. so here goes nothin. //end rant

How much piping do I need for the IC? I'll be running an SSACrap Top mount T3 mani.

What do I need for the DP? One 90*, two maybe, a 90 and a 45, what? I need to be able to go from the turbo to the stock midpipie I guess. I'm only gonna be running 2.5" piping or 2.25" i can't remember. My turbo (Saab 9000T T3) already has the discharge flange on it and has a tapered edge that looks like it will mate to a generic 2.5" 3 bolt exhaust flange. This really shouldn't be that hard...

thanks yall

i have an idea, if you want know how much, none of us can tell you for sure. So what you do is go buy a hole munch of different PVC angles and strait pipes, "fab" up the PVC piping and take those peices that you fabbed to a place that does mandrel bends. BOOYA DONE. dont get so damn pissed off, i would imagine 80% of the cars on here have their IC piping and downpipe done differently, so there is no right answer. just get in there and do it.~Sam

Do the PVC pipe trickWorks and is way cheaper. Try to also add couplers in the design

Dont get pissed off because nobody is spoon feeding you a complete step by step recipe on how to turbo your car. You're going to have to figure some things out on your own, you know.

For my IC piping I used 2.5" mandrel 90* bends. I believe it took 6 bends, along with 1 12" straight section to get all the bends I needed. Intake pipe required another 45* bend. Downpipe was 3 90 degree bends I cut up, along with a straight section and flex section.

I bought mine in 180* bends from summitracing..

I 3 2.25" 180* bends for the intake and hotpipe.And I bought 3 2.50" 180* bends for the coldpipe(routed to keep stock battery location)..

It all turned out to be JUST the right amount for the intake- but I was hacking/taping/losing crap as I went along. If you're economical, that should be enough.

For my downpipe, all I needed was pretty much 1 180* 3.00" bend...
