Downloading the address book for an Env2

I know there are some tricks out there to get an address book out of the phone and into your car.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to do it for the enV2 phone... or if it is even possible.

edit:

found out.I accidentally stumbled upon it through its kind of quirky option list.you have to send a "contact card", then it lets you select all the names you want.
