I'm in the market for down pipes and possibly a new manifold. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that the MS Manifolds and SZ 3" downpipes are the best. I see that AMS sells a manifold and that Z1 offers there own down pipes. Are these not as good as the previously stated, why? If I can save a few bucks I would like to but if there is better performance with MS and SZ then I will go that route. I plan on installing GT675RS Turbos if that helps.
Thanks

with the msp manifolds, you know what you're getting, a quality product with great fitment.
with the ams manifolds (business ethics aside, they're copies of the msp manifolds), you don't know what they're made out of. the msp manifolds are made from the same foundry that produces garrett turbos.
sz 3'' dp's are the best, they flow the best.

Yeah, the MS manifolds and 3” SZ dp’s are single handedly the best combo out there. All AMS does is knock off parts, they don’t engineer anything. A lot of guys on here will strongly look down on AMS and probably won’t help you should you need assistance or advice.

Thanks
Vulcan covered the reasons, with which I strongly agree. (see my sig if you need more info)

Just wanted to note that if you're using the Z1 kit, DO NOT use the silicone oil return lines. They will sweat oil.
