I set an appointment to go to Douglas Infiniti to get my fob reprogrammed...lowest price in the tri state. Has anyone else been there before? How is their service? I'm getting tired of dealing with Pepe Infiniti; their service is starting to leave a lot to be desired and their tech ability seems to be lacking of late. So any insight on Douglas from the Jersey guys would be appreciated.

I bought my last M35 at Douglas and have had the occasional specific service done there. Every time I go there they try to sell me bogus services like trans flushes every 30K miles. They were unable to diagnose my alarm problem as a door lock actuator issue after 1 hr of trying.

In general, they are just like any other dealership which preys on clueless customers. I have STS Tire do all my general service on my M at about a 40% discount from the dealer.
