can you install a double din dvd player in the 02 q45 ? and where would you climate controls and the rest of the things on the original display go and can you still use steering wheel control?

i don't think so. you can get an adapter for DVD, Ipod though. I have the same problem. I don't want to mess-up my car's electronics.
