In the world of mobile A/V, you really do get what you pay for. You've got a list of a number of features that will be hard to find in a quality unit at that price. Your best bet might be to find a A/V forum and check out the classifieds there. Many people who get caught up in the hobby upgrade frequently, and sell off old gear to help subsidize the upgrade costs. A used quality unit (that was taken care of) will outperform a new cheapo unit everyday.
As far as those features go, a lot of head units can be made to have an AUX-in. Many offer a composite input and would only require a mini-composite adapter to get audio from your phone. The down side to this is it wont interrupt what is playing on the head unit. You'd have to leave it on that input all the time (meaning play music from your phone and let the phone cut over to navigation when commands are read). I wonder if I still have my old Alpine W205 laying around...
