double din budget bezel mods show me yours

last night I took my bezel into the giant quickee mart car stereo whorehouse and found a metra kit that will interface nicely into my budget bezel build if not 300.00 buys lots of bondo

I also wanted to upgrade the crappy Bose in my Z32 but I'm not or willing to pay $300 for a double din bezel. There's gotta be a more budget friendly solution. Bow tie, do you have a produt # for said metra kit. Looking on metra's sight, I don't see the kit.

if all fails and I end up getting a 1 din unit, I wouldlike to remove the bose center tweeter and replace it with one of those guages plates that hold 3 2.5 guages. Where do I go to find that?

there are several way to accomplish your objective .................... dive right in
buy an extra bezel and mod it gauages are easy buy a piece of abs sheet and DIY

ps I find everyrhing on google or ebay metra kit was for an audi a4 2001 model
nissan kit unknown but the trapezoid shaped insert looked extremely pliable

$300 seemed a bit high, though the quality is top notch from what I've heard. $200 would be more on point. $400 gets you a dual auto-HVAC control and double DIN adapter for a 4th Legacy, so $300 just for the plastic is on the high side, IMHO.

Also IMHO, a double DIN has no place in a Z32. Just IMHO.

Double Din bezel...for a jetta..that came with a single din bezel from the factory...100 bucks
