I've been putting things and throwing out stuff in a while, its not finished yet, but i need some comment on this. Pls find out anything wrong. This is a 91 ka24de.

Questions, i throw away carbon canister, BPT, EGR (still in place, with a gasket underneath), AIV, butterfly (with 93 manifold).

Vacuum Lines.I wonder if i do it correctly. I ran a line from the FPR vacuum line to a manifold to distrubute all vacuum in the car (bov, msd, eic, boost gauge). There is another line that ran into the manifold, under the EGR, i kept that, and I cap off all the rest of the vacuum lines at the back, ALL. Is that correct?

The manifold is the black small block i had on top of EGR in this pic.

Fuel lines.I had 4 extra injectors on runner. I will be using a same manifold i used for vacuum, T off after fuel filter and ran into separate injectors. Correct?

The rest of the pictures are here

Thanks in advance.

Hard to say if you're not done putting it all together. However, I would definitely tie down and perhaps put something around the oil line for the turbo. Especially anywhere it makes contact with anything else. Over time, engine vibrations will cause it to saw it's way through stuff. Your vacuum line from the vacuum manifold to the MSD(I think that's where it is going) seems longer than it needs to be.

i havent tie down all the vacuums and fuel hoses, and i will use zip tie for vaccumm and hose clamp for fuel.

Do you mean i should move the msd? or the vaccum (black) is just too long? its hanging there now because i havent cut it and location off all the lines and hose are not fixed yet..

Thanks again.

Ahh, I see. Couldn't reallt tell what it was connected to, but you mentioned the MSD and I could see part of it in the corner where the line appeared to be going. It was kind of doing a loop around to the firewall and then up to the front. No need to move the MSD. I was just not seeing a reason go loop the line around.

In any case, while it would be impossible for us to spot everything, it doesn't help if your not quite done putting things together.
