My doors are no longer shutting all the way. They have gotten to the point that my battery is dying due to the dome light staying on. I get them adjusted a lot but I was wondering if anyone knows a permanent way to fix the problem?

well is it the door that isn't striking true, or is it the latchs that aren't aligning?if its the door there are 4 14 mm bolts behind the fender but you really only need to remove that rear 4 10mm bolts to get to them. Put some lock tite on them and tighten them down once you get the door lined up how you want it. If its not closing though its likely that either the latches on the door or more likely the pins on the door frame aren't aligned. It uses 3, so if one wasn't aligned with the others it wouldn't close anymore. They are adjustable too; they use phillips head screws for the main latches.

what problem? The door or the battery draining?

if you want to stop battery drain for now - remove the fuse for the dome light.

My passenger door is really iffy about how it fits and the lights flickers sometimes. I just folder a piece of paper and wedged it between the door last and the door shut sensor.

if it helps when I removed my interior trim the wires going to both door switches fell out as soon as the trim was out. they aren't oe connectors, just some cheap mumbo jumbo. you may have a short there.
