Door won't open fix

Ok, I'm not good at write-ups but here goes nothing.

To open the door. Tap/hit rapidly with your palm on the door where the latch/striker is and keep trying to open the door as you do this. It may take 10 min but it will open with enough vibration.
Once you open the door take off the panel. Then take off the steel plate behind it so you can remove the latch system in the door.
The latch system is what fails. After time the plastic inside wears and sticks. The solution is to take a pen spring and twist it over the line for the outside handle so it pushes the latch past that sticking point.

We find that DropBox usually is very bad at hosting images, for whatever reason. You might be better of using a service like IMGUR or tinypic. But your link is correct and how you did it is right, it's just on DropBox's end. I tried to mess with the link but it still isn't loading.
