DOOR WILL NOT OPEN

The driver side door on my 2006 Infinity M35x will not open from the outside but it will open from the inside.What is wrong?

Assuming you mean the car still unlocks, but the handle does not respond:
The inside and outside handles each have a rod leading to the door latch. The outside one might have popped off it's plastic keeper (rare) or that plastic might have cracked. Depending on where you live, these things happen in the winter. Some mechanism freezes/ binds up and you yank at the door then the weakest point breaks.

Does the handle feel very loose when you pull it or does it not even budge? If you are able to pop off your door panel, you might get a definite cause pretty fast.
