My door when closed is not flush with the body. It clicks shut and stays closed but from the outside looks slightly open. I saw another 240sx around town with the same problem so I figure one of y'all can tell me what to do.

Thanks

From the sound of it, i think you probably have the little bushing worn on the door hinge! The one where the door locks on to. If thats the problem then just get a rubber hose about the size of a double AA battery, radius wise and cut it the proper length and glue it on the door hinge! The door will be hard to open and close for the first couple of days but after that it'll be just normal, and the rubber will also help dampen the vibrations to the doors! Oh and cut the other plastic bushing off first lol!

Yeah this happens bro... It's a pain in the a**, see if the bushing thing proposed in the post above works, also see if the door hinges are on tight and positioned properly. On my last two four the hinge had been loose and the door alignment shifted a little bit and thats why I had the same issue. Pain in the a** because it messed with the door setting on the cabin lights always flickering and such
