door stuck & noise inside dash

I have a 97 240sx se. my driver door is stuck. wont open from inside or out. tried using the key to open still wont open. tried using the lock/unlock power lock button it still wont open. 2nd. my SRS light is on and i hear a noise thats coming from the dash inside. sounds like its coming from the airbag. it sounds like a spining fan but im pretty sure its something else. Please help me SOS!
