The only "sure fire" way is to remove the door panel and find the locking mechanism arm (which is most likely jammed or past the normal position). Now if the door is stuck locked and closed you most likely will not be able to do this, so your next best bet is to attemp to unlock the door (by either the key or interior "lock") while tugging (not too hard) on the inside door latch. You may want to roll the window down and have someone on the inside and outside at the same time.

Good luck.

Push the truck off a cliff. Bet you the door will open then. Coul always try a slim jim and push on everything. If you have a manual on the truck see what lock mechanism looks like and try to figure out where the problem is. You could maybe spray some WD-40 down inside. How long has it been since the door was last opened?

This is what my dad did with my 240 when it pulled this crap. With the door shut he still pulled the door panel off. Found the mechanism and triped it. Door opened. I then replaced the entire latch/lock assymbly.
