Door speakers problems

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hi

Does anybody notice "vibrating sounds" coming from door speakers ?I have this problem on both R/L front doors. It is more noticeable when I'm listening to talk radio instead of music. At the beginning I thought my speakers were blown but now I rather think there's a design problem in the door panel.

I have the 11 speakers options.

To be checked at the next maintenance visit...

No problem with mine - you likely have a bad speaker or something else loose.

I experience this as well especially with talk radio i think i have tracked it to the door lock and the handle vibrating with a specific frequency range more common in talk radio.. especially AM bands....

I am planning to mess with them in the summer and insulate around speaker and isolate door panel from door..

I also though that they were blown but i believe that not to be the case, design issue with something resonating seems that most dont experience also the tag on the seat belts will vibrate to the door pillar and make noise.

hope this helps, well at least this proves that i am not crazy and someone else hears this .

I do assume this kind of problem is covered by the warranty.
