What have you done about your broken door panels?



I know almost everyone out there is broken. Any ideas or fixes you have done?





I picked up 2 nice looking panels with switches that are better than what I got. Before I install them I want to fix this.

Gonna be hard to fix unless you replace the plastic piece.... fender washer painted matte black would fix that tho.

wait, is that even broken? isnt there just a little plastic clip that goes in that hole?

Looks like it broken and the screw is not holding the panel anymore.

My girlfriend's vert had a solution. The plastic piece that goes over the screw was still there, so I assume that the guy just screwed through it and used it as a washer, worked out pretty good.

The cup part is for your hand to pull the door shut and that is what you are looking at. The bottom of the cup is suppose to be held by that screw.

I was thinking of taking a piece of 1/8 x 1 in wide metal and securing it inside the door panel with a drilled hole that will secure the piece. I'll take pics later after I do some cutting.!
