Alright guys, my door panels are completely done on my vert. I read the door panel conversion write-up many times, but i'm just wondering what i should do and how i should go about doing it. I've heard and read that its actually HARDER to swap doors considering you have to switch the locks and allign it properly and the wiring and everything. Is this true?

And if i were to just go for the door panel hacking conversion like in the write up, what should i be looking for? i would be looking for any non-vert s13 power window door panels correct? coupe, fast-back, doesn't matter right?

And what about color? do all convertibles have the same interior color or are they just as varied as the non-verts? What color panels should i be trying to shoot for to match my interior the best?

Sorry for all the questions, but i'm still really new to 240s, i'm trying to just learn everything about everything before i start jumpin in to modding it and possibly making mistakes.

Any links to any helpful write-ups or websites or anything would be perfect if no one wants to answer all my questions, i just want some answers lol.

Thanks. -Jordan

I'm in the same boat as you...I'd love to see what some of the more knowledgable people say

Yes it is actually harder to swap doors. Well depends, if you know what you're doing it shouldn't be that hard, but it's a PITA to realign everything

Doesn't matter, coupe or fastback same thing

Not sure about the colors, every vert i see has that dark grey-ish color

Hope you enjoy your nissan, as much as I enjoy mine, even if the top is coming apart and interior doesn't like to stay on.

Oh, and be careful, make sure when your top is up, that the latches are secure, so you don't break your **** like mine!!
