Ok guys there finally got the pics in the thread woot. 1. Remove door panel, remove lower side door pocket trim.

Anyway a short write up would be..I ordered the black vynal inserts off of Ebay for like $24.00, precut to basic shape. Or you could just go buy some black vynal for cheap and cut yourself.

2nd you leave the old material on( adds to the cushion effect. Test fit the vynal by laying it out over the fabric area. Then use something with a soft tool to force the vynal down in between edge of fabric and vynal already on the door. ( I used a $2.00 screen door groove roller tool from Walmart worked the best). Work from one end to the other and make sure to keep it tight( no wrinkles).

3rd Pull the vynal back out, ther e should be an impression all the way around this is where the bottom of the groove is at and is the perfect size. Trim all around down to this line on the vynal. If no line try again and press harder.

4th Dry test fit one more time.

5th Tape off the surrounding area right up to the edge of the fabric with painters tape. Then using 3M super 77 adhesive coat all the fabric throughly. Also carefullt put a thin coat on the back of the vynal.

6th Now carefully lay the final back onto the fabric make sure it is lined up.Now start at one end and tuck all the edges of the vynal down into the groove with the screen groove tool.

With that in place you can now do the trim cord. Purchased from import intellignece(sponsor).

Start with one end where the side pocket trim goes, leave enough so the it will be locked in by the trim piece. Work about 6" at a time put super glue down in the crack then lay the trim cord down in to the crack push it down with the groove tool. Becareful and try to get the cord all pushed in to the same level. Work your way all around untill you end up back at the other side of the side pocket trim.

Then let dry. Thats about it.Thanks for the compliments!
