I have a 2014 nissan quest, when driving the alarm for door open constantly goes off, it's VERY annoying. Has this happened to anyone else? Please help! P. S. Yes I've checked all the doors and rear hatch. Nothing is open.

The actual switch or sensor may have gone bad.

The FSM is off this site, but google and you'll find the alternative. Nissan thinks they can make a few more bucks by bending their customers over. Are we gonna like that? Prolly not. Are we going to bend?

so its been a while but i think i finally figured out why the alarm is going off. so when closing power door on driver side, it slides shut, then about 3 seconds go by and then the trailing edge of the door pops out, not even a quarter, just enough im assuming to trigger the alarm for it not being shut. how the heck do i adjust that?!

Things like that are always fixable but if the rollers or linkage have gotten loose you may have to be inventive in the way you solve it. You may need to figure out some way to shim things in closer and not involving anything the shop manual can give you there, all they understand is working with brand new tight parts.
