I have an '04 FX45 and lately the door locks make a clicking noise while driving and will randomly unlock when you lock them. Has anyone else had this problem or heard of it?

Yes, I recently had problems with my door locks. I had new door actuators put on the front doors, and the problems seems to have been solved. This was handled at the dealer for me and was not a cheap fix but, it is a security issue. I am not sure whether a handy mechanical person would be able to fix such a thing on their own. Perhaps one of the more technical posters would know. Good luck.
