Door Locked (both Rear)

Both of my rear door are locked and refuse to open inside or out. I am attempting to fix the problem myself but I need to know if anyone have any idea of what is the problem. Is it the Door Lock or is it the Actuator ?. I would appreciate it very much.

mines the same way, never got around to fixing it yet, if i figure it out i will let ya know, please do the same, thanks
