Door Lock Timer Fried

My door lock timer has been friend (upon inspection) by the morons who installed the car alarm before i bought it, i looked into it because the doors would only unlock with the keyless entry, so i want to try to make them lock when i arm the alarm. Anyhow. I know that Nissan wants a whopping $250 for a $7 part and I'm having the toughest time finding one online. I haven't visited a junkyard yet, but was wondering if there was a cheap place online i could get this part.
