Love it...Have big plans for it. So i've been picking at it for a while to determine what im gonna do to it and i noticed something that has been bugging the S*%#T outta me, i'm not sure if its normal for these truck or not but i'm used to vehicles with "automatic locks" locking automaticly when you reach a certain speed.. and if not they at least unlock automatically when you turn off the ignition.. This truck does neither if anyone could tell me if this is just normal or if theres a problem somewhere i would appreciate it greatly.

Hello and happy new year to all i'm not new to nissans but am new to this forum. I just got an 01 Pathfinder LE. with 107,000 on it. Love it...Have big plans for it. They don't have the lock/unlock feature you describe.....thank goodness.
I hate driving cars that have that feature.
editorial comment: If I rent a car that has that feature, I unlock the doors as soon as they lock themselves.
If I'm ever in an accident and I'm "out of it", and someone has to get me out of that vehicle quickly (for whatever reason, fire, water), I want my doors unlocked. Think about it.
