Door lock issues???

First of all i cant get the new key FOB i ordered to work to save my life, but this issue has its own thread. The problem is that my key used to unlock all the doors when i would turn it to the left twice. Now it wont do that at all and only unlock one the one door. Also i used to be able to set of the alarm horn when i played with the door now it wont. Any one have anyclue on whats going on here. Also the security light flashes really fast if that matters. sorry for the long post
