door lock 2001 infiniti i30 question

The car opens from the outide fine but when I press the driver side button to lock the drivers side door from the inside all the doors lock except the drive side? Is there a way to fix that issue. Also when I manual lock the door from the inside and hit the unlock button it will unclock but when i hit the lock it wont lock ?

I believe you have to hit the D side button twice to lock the D side from the inside (not sure why you'd need to lock all four doors from the inside very often).

The other issue is likely some funk in the lock switches. Those and the window switches get full of interior funk (grease, dust, etc) and need to be disassembled and cleaned.
