Hi, if anyone mentioned the pins in the hinges, the door fell off terribly and I'm afraid that will break the lock and then it will be a problem. It is knocking especially at lower hinge.

What kind of material used for the pin? Are such damper piston rod will be suitable or something else.
Or you can buy the pins somewhere?

The typical fix is to replace both hinges. Bolt on/bolt off. Removing the fender helps a lot with access.

I'm afraid I have no idea about parts availibility in Poland. You might be able to replace the pins, but I'd think that the hole they fit in are out of round from wear...

I don't know if they'll ship overseas, but in the U.S. www.infinitipartsusa.com and www.orderinfinitiparts.com are good sources.

There I took off my fender because I could not unscrew the screws that secure the plastic wheel arch.

I managed to remove the screw and unscrew the door to stop him from the door and body.

Unscrewed the hinges on both doors and turned the screw the hinges of the body.

Doors hold on just a bundle of cables and do not know where to unhook. Do detaching cables necessary?

Unscrewed the top hinge, 4 screws, 2 door and 2 from the body. Hinge holds as sticky.
It may hinge with a hammer handle to take it away from the body?

Tomorrow I will try to remove the fender in order to have better access to the hinges. Regrets of not turned on the fender. Scratch the paint!

Help! How do I? :frown:

You will definitely need to take the fender off to take the door off. You CAN get to the bolts to get it off, but it will be nearly impossible to get the door back to where its supposed to go when you put it back on. Trust me.. Save yourself the time and take the fender off...

The wiring harness on the door unplugs just past the door, I believe you can unplug it from the outside, just pull the harness out that little hole and remove that grommet.

I pull the cables to come out of the door or the body?

Cube can be seen, pull the cables that plug does not want to get out of the hole in the body, as if the cables were too short. The hole is too small to insert the hand and unhook the ankle.

I managed to unscrew the fender, I had to remove the headlight, turn signal and plastic wheel arch. It was hard. Now, the hinges are going to sandblast and replace the pin. Why do not we give wing to the sanding. From the inside is rust, especially on the lower part where it is screwed to the threshold.
