door hinge fit on Pathfinder and QX

I have the 2001 QX
the driver side door is really hard to open now, I think i need to replace the door hinge to it
I search the web, I found the hinge for QX cost $38 each ( i will need upper and lower) from the infinitipartusa.com

Is that a bit high for a simple part like that?
anywhere can find a good price for the part? or the door hinge on the pathfinder can fit on the QX as well ?
