Here is one for the Tribe:
For the sake of discussion, let's stipulate we are concentrating on a (later - '94-'96) 2-seat, T-top Z32 that does not have the door-mounted seat belts.
Is it possible to fit a replacement door from an earlier car (with door-mounted seat belts), AND cover up the belt mounting points with the newer finishers and door cards?
What say you?

Thanks itsa300zx. Related to this, are doors for the convertibles specific to those model only?

Never taken a vert door apart so not 100% sure, I believe the door frame is the same. The B pillar exterior trims differ, but interior "looks" the same.
