Door alignment?

The drivers door on the 95 240 i just got hangs low, so it has to lift 1/2" to shut properly. The hinges look fine, but the mount for the little arm halfway up is bent enough to make the bolt it holds crooked. Is this a symptom or the problem, and would i have to reshape the mount to fix it?

needs adjustment. the hinges will move to allow for this adjustment.
