Door alignment? How do I?

... So my wife is complaining that my doors are sagging a bit and only the alignment pin in the corner keeps them straight... So how do we fix this? Shim the hinges? Or is there a way to align them at all?

I found it easier to pull my fender liner's out to gain access to the hinges as opposed to pulling the fender but either works.
