Not anymore. It'll be out nextish year.

Think 1 series competitor, also that would help swing their fuel economy numbers.

Power should be from the VQ25 V6 making ~200 (+-20) hp. That is already available globally.

A few months ago I would have been with you in doubting that but it seems like that's how it is going to be.

Personally I have to say I would rather see a new smaller VQ instead of using that QR pos from the Altima. I would not be surprised if there was going to be a hybrid and/or (most likely and) EV on the way too. I know the hybrid G has been rumored for years.
An interesting side note in the service manual they have had a section that has been "available" for upgrade in the driveline section for a hybrid since 2008 They have shifted the options around several times. But as usual the people who see these cars daily get to hear about them last.

Only thing was a mistake with that article is turbo charged engine. I don't think it will be the turbo charge system. I think they will use the same engine what these cars come in Japan. 2.5 NA engine.

However a more exiting news would be this.

That means TT, SC from the factory. Call it a M3/M5/AMG fighter. I just call it fantastic.

High performance motor vehicle parts, namely drop in filters for automotive engines, catback exhaust systems comprised of muffler assemblies, exhaust tips and connecting pipes; automotive engine parts, namely turbo chargers and super chargers

I agree this should be really interesting. It is a game changer.

Sean it was in one of the magazines and was posted on the other board.
