im completrely fed up with xat's lack of customer service. ive spent over 12000 dollars there in the last six months and casey has not responded to one email that ive sent him or returned one call ive made to him. ive been trying to get a silvia conversion done for three or four months and he has been giving me the run around and then finally told me to call some guy he knows and gave me a disconnected phone number. if you want good c/s and the best pr in town call driven concepts 813-236-4500 http://www.drivenconcepts.net take my word for it you will not be disappionted these guys are all effing sweet

You should use a few comma's in there.. was a bit confusing. Also the link is not correct...http://www.drivenconcepts.net/I think you may have misspelled it. Hope this helps. You may have wanted to say Don't go to XAT... Driven concepts CS is top notch...Just a thought..

no offence bro, but your post looks more like a mere lowball advertisement then a complaint about a companys service. you diss one, then 1up another all in one bunched up sentence, and the title of the thread.

Casey has been helpful sometimes w/ me, but last december when I was trying to schedule something he wouldnt give me the time of day. I emailed again and called this time and I got a reply but a very vague one. In my experience with XAT's c/s it's nothing special, but it depends on who you ask...there will always be somewhere "better"
