First off im posting this in each of the selling sections to let everyone know not to buy from JTTUN3R so Mods i apologize that theres a couple of these posted but i need to let member on here know not to buy from this guy. Okay......I purchased an s13 dash from him last monday, I asked for a tracking number and he said that he would give it to me when he sent it out. Well its been a week already and this guy dont respond to any of my pm's on here or his emails. Im probably going to get screwed for my cash as i dont see me getting a refund through paypal. That is my fault......i should of known not to trust an unverified member, not to say that those that arent verified arent honest but i had a gut feeling that i was gonna get screwed and looks like i am. Any how dont want any other ppl getting screwed by JTTUN3R. Oh and if for whatever reason he finally responds and comes through on his end ill update this post to clear his name of wrong doing, but i doubt it cuz this is the 3rd time that ive been f**ked over on here. Dont wanna be "THAT GUY" but i wish this site had a trader rating like the "other" site to help make us buyers a little more comfortable in purchasing items.

How about a link to a thread so we have someplace to start?

BTW, some of our more notorious scammers came from "other" forums, regardless of the presence of a rating system. We do what we can, but buyers have to do their homework.

BTW, an S13 dash is a PITA to ship... It might take more than 5 business days.

I too, have not recieved a tracking number, or email, or even a response from jttuner. i ordered s13 mudflaps from him. Also, user copman70 hasn't revieced any sort of notification on his purchase either. im working with paypal and they said he has till aug 17 to give a response to me and they will look into the matter further. copman70 has told me that JTTUN3R has been online yesterday but again, notified, obviously none of us here on our purchases. i believe he is a scammer. also, here is the link to the thread jttun3r posted for his for sale items.. s13-exterior-stuff-s14-t500920.html

Thats the thread that i learned about him selling the dash. I pm'ed him bout the dash and went from there. I know shipping a dash isnt an easy task but neither is telling the guy the is buying it off of you whats going on. If he got back to me and told me,"Hey dude been busy at work, hey bro havent gone to ship the dash", anything.....i would of been cool bout it. As you now see before you, im not the only one he is scamming. Oh and for the record, if his pay pal account was active still i wouldnt think he was scamming me just yet but when you get your money and all of a sudden you dont have an account anymore then yeah.....somethings going on. As far as the rating system goes, its not going to prevent another scammer of screwing someone over but it gives us the buyers a lil bit more peace of mind that he aint going to screw us. And like i said in my original post, its MY FAULT that this happened. I saw that this dude was an unverified member on pay pal but decided ill take a shot. Your right i should of done my homework just a little bit more but im always giving the benefit of the doubt about ppl, i guess i see good in everybody.

This was the following post and PM sent to JT Turner today:

Mr. JT Turner,

It has been 1 week since I paid you a total of $205.00 for the following parts: 1 coolant overflow bottle, 1 set of black carpet, 1 driver's side fender, 1 passenger's side fender, and 1 seven spoke wheel. Since that time I have received no communication from you with no less that 5 PM and 1 posting asking for information regarding my purchases and shipping information. I have since filed a dispute with PayPal concerning the purchases, also I have initiated an investigation with the Internet Crime Complaint Center which the FBI will be investigating since money was sent via wire transfer which constitutes "wire fraud", and since you stated you live in Texas I have contacted the Attorney General's Office of Texas concerning this matter to involve them also. These are the benefits of being a police officer and knowing the law. I hope you had fun with the money because the penalties are much more than that amount. If I do accidentally receive my parts I will contact the previously mentioned law enforcement entities and ask them to close their investigations.

AZhitman has already got on his trail and left a very interesting message for him. As far as the Internet Crime Complaint Center here is the link: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.
Also according to AZhitman he is in the state of Washington not Texas. Just Google Attorney General’s office for Washington state and search internet crime.

Also for PayPal just fill out a claim/dispute quickly and then go to your PMs and make a copy of them and be prepared to email if necessary. I kept every PM just in case.

getting scammed online sucks because theres very little you can do

just as a suggestion, tagged pics along with a 3 month+300 post rule should be implemented here. It would weed out a lot of scammers

Waiting to hear from him about my wiring harness that I sent him the money for almost two weeks ago. Did the same sh*t. Guys, go ahead and open up a Paypal dispute and escalate it to a claim. In ten days, you will have your money back as that is the allotted time that Paypal gives sellers to respond to claims. I just got off the phone with them, and that's that they said.

So, open up a dispute on the transaction and escalate it to a claim if you haven't already.

Edit: just filed a complaint with the IC3 as well. Everyone who hasn't done that and has sent him money should definitely get that done.

Man, after reading all the crap on this guy so far, the only excuse he could have up to this moment is being dead.

Here's a thought AZ Hitman (if that is your real name) :chuckle: ... we should create a forum listing all known scammers and the follow up trail. Included if at all possible would be their IP address(es), photos of goods being "sold" (could contain clues), etc ... In this forum as well, the scammed could shout-out about possible new scammers, thus creating awareness, history and more trails. I also agree with JoseBronx "3 month-300 posting" rule before being able to list any sale items. I've seen that work quite well in other forums. And if anything, all this could suffice as a nice deterrent to would-be criminals.

I haven't even been scammed, but I feel the pain here! ... Again, just some thoughts. :dblthumb:

Ive done the whole dispute thing and like i mentioned above it went directly to a claim. I forgot the exact words but after i sent him the response of why im escalating it to a claim they basically said that "this user cannot not be reached so it will automatically escalate to a claim". In the past ive filed a claim with pay pal with other purchases that i have made on here and from my understanding is if the person you bought something off of doesn't have any money in his account you WONT get your money. Thats not to say that there isnt a chance we wont get ours back but i had to learn that the hard way. This guy was an unverified member so he obviously doesnt have a bank account associated to his pay pal account, when i saw that i knew there was a chance that if i got screwed i wouldnt be getting my money back by filing a claim but i took a chance, but i doubt any of us will get our money back. Thats not to say that i hope we dont cuz i hope we all do, just posting about my past experiences from pay pal. Next up is filing a complaint with the IC3 as well, thank you

The woman in the paypal claims department said that I will be getting my money back, even after i mentioned he was an unverified member and could have already deposited the money and closed the checking account.

just called paypal and had them manually close the claim for me. took about 10 minutes and the money is back into my account. like i said, no worries. just shows this guy is a prick. i was messaged by someone on this board that he has this guy's address. i'm waiting on him to get back to me about it, but i can assure you that if he gets back to me, his address is going to be posted in the biggest font that this board will allow me to do it in this thread.
