done with ramsey dealership, anybody use clifton nj one?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Have you tried the Englewood Infiniti dealer? They've done good work (warranty repairs) for me over the years.

PS, What problems did you have with the Ramsey service dept? I bought a cargo protector from them and it was ok.

hi, the ramsey dealer was ok for the most part but my car was damaged...scratched dash and custom floor matts scratched when the cabin filter was installed. i also had a problem with the ds window going up too slow. rather then fix it they lubed the track and i got to stare at a streaked window for a year that had the lube on the glass. i had the wheels rotated and the rotors were damaged and had to be replaced...i think this was from the pneumatic wrench used too aggressively.the car also always got finger prints, on the headliner. they fixed everything and thank god i didnt need a new dash.
i have heard descent things about englewood but too much traffic in that direction so i may try fette in clifton. i will only go there for warrty work and use a good local mechanic for everything else. infiniti did give me a $125.00 credit for service and i used it to buy a wind deflector for my sunroof and they installed it. the service people were ok but i think the mechanics/techs are the problem per my experiences.thanks nick

That stinks... I've had those issues before at GM dealers... I guess I won't use them anytime soon, LOL!
