Front brakes and rotors if you 5 lug or Re-drill them. The diff. If you want to do the work the 5 lug as in machine the front hubs and swap everything for rear. Other then that its useless.

yeah the rear diff should be a limited slip unit. Definitely keep that. Maybe see if you can somehow fit the seats in?

Keep the RLCAs as they're the same as S14 units and anyone doing an S14 rear subframe swap could use them. The RUCA is stouter unit than the S14 RUCA, so if you haven't upgraded to adjustable RUCAs, you could always snag those.

The front suspension is a weird setup. You won't be able to utilize the front knuckles/hubs as they're completely different from the 240.

The rear subframe won't fit as it's HUGE compared to the S13.

I measured it around an inch and a half wider than the S13's. Which is about right. The J30 track is an inch wider than an S14's, and the S14 is 10 mm wider than the S13, which equates to a little less than an inch and a half. What I did end up doing is chopping up my J30 frame and welding the reinforcement plates from it into my S14 frame.

There's a right up on how to use j30 front hubs for a 5lug swap. Its alot of work but if you have access to equipment then go for it if its cheap enough for you. Also no one mentioned the wheels are probably worth 140$ to someone as drift spares or needing something to roll around on.
